Grinding and Leveling

A high-quality coating that will last for decades needs a meticulous preparation.

We prepare the surface to be coated by first diamond grinding with an industrial diamond grinder and hand grinder for edges and for extra detailing, which are attached to a vacuum to reduce dust.

Flooring Preparation

Unlike some of our competitors we meticulously repair the surface by filling all cracks, chips and divots with a polyurea gel/paste.

Coating and Finishing

Finally, we apply a base coat and the decorative flakes of your choice, followed by a resistant top coat that, if desired, can include an aluminum oxide sand/grit to add extra non-slip properties to your floor.

We also offer high-gloss, statin/matte, customized finishes without flakes. We find the perfect system that will accommodate all of your needs.
